This review is for Wix HVAC, which may be part of Wix plumbing. Our builder used Wix to install a Samsung mini-split AC in our house. It failed after 2-1/2 years. I left messages on the business phone with no response. I contacted the builder, who reached out to the HVAC owner. He agreed to get involved, to the builder. Also learned that he never registered the unit, so I’ve lost most of the Samsung warranty. Left more messages for the HVAC owner and still can’t get a response. I’ve given up. I’m working through a new HVAC provider to get AC again. Don’t let your builder use this service. You’ll be sorry.
