Had a water leak causing damage and my insurance company recommended Action Restoration for the remediation. Patrick Taylor and team came in, removed the damaged wall and carpet pad, and started the drying process. It may not have been a huge job for them, but for me it was a crisis. They were very efficient and took care of the damage the water caused. Great communication and left the area clean and ready for repairs.

Smoke damage is no joke. I had no idea how much the color had changed on my walls. We used this as an opportunity to fix ceiling issues with a tongue and groove ceiling and upgraded the tile backsplash. The cleaning was eye opening as well. There was a film of soot all over everything that I had no idea was extensive as it was. Dale has access to top notch repair subs and Marshall Anderson and crew were able to work through the challenging ceiling install and the backsplash is perfect!
