I was due an oil change and the day before my check engine light came on and I informed Cassidy of my situation.
She took the initiative to request that I get the code from an auto parts store. I gave her the code and she ordered the suspected sensor.
While performing the oil change C.A.R decided to clean the sensor and clear the code.
The next day the light came back on and I was scheduled to go out of town. She assured me that there was no harm in driving the car and scheduled to replace it upon returning. To my surprise, while on my trip the light went off and stayed off. Cassidy said they would keep the part in case it came back on. Customer service at its best!
