I was due an oil change and the day before my check engine light came on and I informed Cassidy of my situation.
She took the initiative to request that I get the code from an auto parts store. I gave her the code and she ordered the suspected sensor.
While performing the oil change C.A.R decided to clean the sensor and clear the code.
The next day the light came back on and I was scheduled to go out of town. She assured me that there was no harm in driving the car and scheduled to replace it upon returning. These are the best mechanics in the industry. I will never go anywhere else!!! They will give you the shirts off their backs ,let alone their personal vehicles ,including rides home and then some. They are now part of my extended family from the front desk to the men and women who turn the wrenches God bless them all. ?I would like to add they worked on my 2012 Ram 2500 6.7 deisil plus paid for the parts which would have cost me about 3k and now working on my 199 Corvette..
They patiently listened and answered all my questions. Gave me clear guidance on issues I wanted to address myself. The work I had them do on my truck - 2007 Dodge Ram 2500 with 5.9 Cummins diesel - was top notch. Will recommend to friends and family!
