A great guy, incredibly helpful,knowledgeable & honest.
Went to a local plumbing supply store looking for a unique piece for a plumbing repair.
The supply store did not have the actual piece I needed but recommended I speak with 1 of the 2 plumbers that were there also buying supplies.
When I asked Doug immediately took the piece, borrowed 2 wrenches, disassembled & walked into the supply room and pieced everything together. He gave several pieces of advice and was a wealth of knowledge.
I asked to pay him and he refused several times.
I will be using Doug and his company for future plumbing jobs!

James came out and fixed my backed up drain within minutes. I was more than happy with the pricing. Now I got some more worked to be done and Ill be calling James. Our regular plumber has lost our business.
We had a pipe back up so bad that when I ran the washing machine, water started shooting out of the back of it as well as the bathtub’s the overflow. I was pretty panicked when I called for service (how much is this going to cost and how long will it be before we can use our plumbing?!). James called me back within 30 minutes and came out same day. He was super polite and patient with me, he took his time making sure everything got unclogged, gave me honest opinions when I suggested more work than he thought was needed and the whole service only put me back $130.
