Our HVAC unit went out at midnight last night leaving us with a significantly warm house all night.
RC Mechanical were so good to us!
They walked us through the steps of everything we needed to do before the technicians arrived on the phone.
Within an hour of calling, we got a text message informing us that the techs were on their way and even included a picture so we would know who to look for when they arrived.
The technicians diagnosed the issue within minutes and had cold air back in our house within 20-30 minutes of their arrival.
