We were experiencing an LP gas leak outside our residence and reached out to two local companies to locate and repair it. After two days of no response and feeling we were not being taken seriously, we reached out to LarcomAir in Union City. Shane immediately responded. Within the hour he and Ed located and repaired the leak. We were very relieved, and appreciated the above and beyond customer service.

Our unit crashed on a Saturday Randy came out and determined we needed a new unit . I was in contact with Shane for quotes and etc . We purchased our unit on Monday and they’re installing it next day before the cold winter weather hits . All of our questions was answered and pro/cons . Thank you Shane and Randy ! We will continue to do business.

we bought a new unit for our home from larcom air.....they came out to see what we needed in our home....we talked to them and decided to purchase a new unit from them....installation men were nice and informative....the unit after installation is working great and our first bill was 100.00 lower than the previous month...the price was right for everything...could not ask for better people to work with....jason hicks made everything easy....would recommend them to anyone needing heating and air conditioning services...... read full review
