I regret that my experience as an out of state buyer was absolutely horrible using this firm. I wish I could include the photos of what I showed up to.. it was atrocious at best. Every negative thing you could think of when it came to working with them to buy my house without an agent was exactly what I went through. At a certain point I highly considered backing out of the deal and losing my earnest deposit. The deal eventually closed and then when we finally got to our house, it got even worse. The place was trashed. Literal trash inside the house, dead bugs everywhere, cob webs. It was all completely filthy even though the listing agent alleged he paid a cleaner $400 (he didn’t, but he thinks I’m dumb) and to top it off, one of the panes in an exterior French back door was broken by whoever (pretty sure it was the ignorant listing agent) butchered the grass before we got here. And to make it worse, this dumb listing agent tried telling me he came to look at the back door when he discreetly snuck by to get his yard signs from the front but needed to come back with a tape measure to get dimensions.. I was building a fence and outside the entire day while my wife and parents with 2 dogs that don’t like strangers all at the house; he did nothing but grab his signs and leave. Though I don’t believe anyone in that office is truthful or competent at doing anything other than telling you to “sign right here”, the listing agent for my house was Ben Parker. I can not recommend him or literally anyone that works in this office and I would never buy or sell a house they are associated with.

Not impressed

Wouldn’t recommend. Was told a high price and they couldn’t deliver. Not one showing in 3 months. Don’t believe the hype.

She is very professional, responsive, personable, knowledgeable, thorough, and above all friendly. She made me feel comfortable through the entire process of looking, then purchasing my home. She kept on top of everything, and went out of her way to keep it all on an even keel.
