She always shaped my brows to perfection and tinted them just how I wanted, allowing me to always leave feeling more confident. “They're beyond amazing because I go in with a picture of a wig all other hair dressers say "its a wig so it wont look like that" and they make it happen. “Back in 2018 I was new to the area and stopped here while I was passing by to ask about making an appointment. The older lady was so rude. She said that no one there could help me. My hair was currently a bright pink and purple. I was considering dying it back to medium brown. Nothing crazy. I was also going to get a cut (I had super long hair wanted most cut off). She said because they don't do "wild colors". Then she said my hair would need multiple treatments to go brown. I did it myself in an hour. I also cut it myself. Whole thing took an hour and half. Cost me $20. I was prepared to pay whatever it cost there. I've never forgotten how rude she was and how bad she made me feel. I honestly feel like she saw a 24yo who she assumed was too broke to get their hair done. She went as far as to say to another stylist "this is why you shouldn't dye your hair weird colors" and they laughed at me. Hopefully they're gone but I happened to pass by today and remembered this. Since then I found a great place and have never felt so judged and uncomfortable at a hair salon. Sharing because that 10min interaction stayed with me all this time and honestly made me not go to another salon for a long time (2021) Hopefully other stylist will see this and be a little more kind to people. The whole reason my hair was pink and purple was to honor my 4yo daughters memory. You never know before you are cruel what someone's going through. From reviews it seems this place is under better management now so that's great. The ladies I'm talking about here were probably in their late 40's early 50's, so they're probably not there now. However it's stayed with me for the past 7yrs so .“
