I had let my house and shop go for far too long. I called and asked for an estimate and I consider the price quoted to be a good value. I am very pleased with the appearance of the house and shop now. They showed up when they said they would both for the estimate and for the work. They were pleasant to do business with. I have decided to make this a yearly appointment.
When you hire someone to do work and it is a job well done you are always pleased. But when you hire someone to do a job and they go above and beyond what is expected it certainly makes your day. I had that experience today. I hired PrettyNClean Softwash to do some cleanup work that I needed done. They gave me a very reasonable quote, scheduled the work quickly, showed up on time and provided some extra work they noticed while here. The quality of their work is amazing. I highly recommend this company if you need work done.
If I could give then 10 stars, I would! Everything from showing up quickly to bid the job, to following through with the estimate (rare these days!) To the professional format it was in...... followed by the actual service! I was given a heads up they were on their way. They were dressed professionally with a clean, organized, efficient work vehicle. They were on time, and quickly got to work. To say it was better finished product than expected, was an understatement. With the exception of a tough moldy area on the deck, I was very pleased with how everything turned out. After discussing the spot with Bryan, I understood why they didn't high pressure wash it (it would strip the wood, but leave it fuzzy), and would need to be sanded to be finished anyways. We will likely just go ahead and do that. Bryan offered to come back and do it with higher pressure anyway, after it dried. They are true professionals, and we will use them again!!!!
