He answered the phone right away, communicated the rate up front, was fast, friendly, and efficient! He came on a Saturday night and saved the day and was an answer to prayer. We were headed to florida from Indiana on vacation and we were smoking because our transmission fluid was leaking. We were so desperate and he totally could have screwed us on the price but he was so fair and honest!
