“Have had exceptional service and beautiful lawn. Last month a high speed fiber provider had do dig up parts of our front yards. They patched up the holes with Bermuda in my fescue lawn!...the speed at which the yard changed is mind blowing.
I put in a call. Sent pictures. Ben from 2nd nature showed up the very next day (today). Gave counsel, treated the entire property and documented with photos for me to submit a claim to the internet provider.
He had pictures from the last time he'd been here. It goes to show how much care and prevention matters when you see how fast an invasive type of grass (in this case, literally dropped into your yard) can destroy what you take for granted.
Working on a claim to have the front redone by 2nd nature so I have beautiful green carpet to mow again soon.
