LOVE Grow & Flow!! I am SO amazed and grateful that such a stellar yoga studio is thriving right here in Tellico Plains. The space is beautiful, (don’t miss the antique ceiling tin!) and all the teachers are accomplished and delightful. There is NO class you cannot take at Grow & Flow! It’s about the most non-judgey place; all are welcomed and respected. Plus, we have FUN! This is a lovely, lively spot, and Jeremy works hard to bring us additional classes (dancing, breath-work, etc.) as well as the availability of organic food. It’s a happy place where you can let your hair down, relax, grow, and flow!!
So happy to have this studio in our town. As a yoga newbie I found a warm welcome and instructors who are so helpful and informative. This place provides so much more than a good workout. I recommend Jeremy and team for everybody - whether a visitor for a drop in, somebody who has never done yoga, or those with plenty of experience. There is something for everybody and all are welcome.
