LOVE Grow & Flow!! I am SO amazed and grateful that such a stellar yoga studio is thriving right here in Tellico Plains. The space is beautiful, (don’t miss the antique ceiling tin!) and all the teachers are accomplished and delightful. There is NO class you cannot take at Grow & Flow! It’s about the most non-judgey place; all are welcomed and respected. Plus, we have FUN! This is a lovely, lively spot, and Jeremy works hard to bring us additional classes (dancing, breath-work, etc.) as well as the availability of organic food. It’s a happy place where you can let your hair down, relax, grow, and flow!!

The atmosphere in this salon is so kind and welcoming! You feel like you are visiting friends when you come in! I had a head spa and facial from Miranda. It was phenomenal! Relaxing at the maximum level. Every detail is thought out to help you relax. Great prices too!
