I was introduced to Cathy Womack in July of 2025. This Lady has been absolutely amazing to work with. I tried to secure a residential property through a different company in Athens TN. but unfortunately we couldn't make it happen. However they did connect me with Cathy and as they say the rest is history. very professional, very knowledgeable about properties in and around Athens Etowah. Sweetwater, and many outlying , country properties. Long journey, yes. Worth the time, yes. Cathy and the staff at SETHRA, AND THE USDA/ RHD, were amazing to work with. Guided me through the process with clarity and patience. In the end they helped me secure an awesome home in Etowah. If you're in the market for housing, you really need Cathy Womack in your corner. Bottom line, she is the absolute best around. The company she works for in Sweetwater should feel blessed that they have one of the best agents representing their company.
