I pd a deposit of 15% on 1/14/21 for work to be started on 1/19. It’s 2/20 and I have not received a refund or the product Jordan said he paid w/my deposit. On 1/18 he requested more money saying he needed it for a tool deposit of $65. I didn’t give him more money since he hadn’t started any work. The only thing he consistently delivers are excuses on my he can’t get to me and do the job, provide my refund or give me the product/grass seed he claimed to have purchased with the deposit money. I have so many texts that contradict.He told me he was hospitalized and would get out on Friday and come do the work \\u0026 I don’t hear from him but from his mom a couple days later saying he was in a bad accident on Thursday. I told them they need to get their lies together because Jordan said he was in the hospital during this time. He comes off super nice, friendly and genuine but don’t be fooled. If I could attached the text threads I would. If I could give negative I would because here I am screwed by Jordan. Don’t waste your time or money. DO NOT PAY A DEPOSIT if you choose not to heed my warning. He said he can’t work for 6 months from 2/2021 so if he tries to promise you he can do a job RUN.

Jordan is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was able to install a French Drain for me at a great price and it has been working great. His prices are extremely fair and he will show you a cost breakdown of supplies, etc. I enjoyed his services so much I’ll be using him again next week. Check him out!
