This place is great! Both me and my husband go. I go to Tianna and she works magic! She makes you feel right at home and is such a fun person to be around. She knows her stuff, as she even was telling me how to take care of my hair. She worked tirelessly with me to make sure my cut was exactly what I wanted. 10/10 experience. The salon itself is clean, cute, well decorated, and the staff is so kind and sweet. Really a great place!!

I have always enjoyed going to Tangles. Now that I no longer live in TN, I always try to come get my hair done while I'm up here visiting. Sarah did an amazing job on my hair. I highly recommend her.

I spent close to 150.00 (cash) here today and I'm somewhat satisfied with how my hair turned out. Maddie did a great job. The color was not as dark as I wanted but the problem was I was accused of attempting to steal a free sample by the blond headed lady whom, if I heard correctly said she owns the place. Google determined that's a lie. I will be be going back to take a photo of her to post online. Also considering contacting a lawyer for the embarrassment. If I were you, I would NOT choose this place for your styling needs. Go somewhere that appreciates their customers and the money they're spending with them.
