I chose this clinic after having a bad experience at another. Everyone was super nice and welcoming. Dr. John was great to my kitty and took his time and answered all my questions and concerns. I feel like my precious Lumi boy is in good hands now. Their fees are very reasonable as well and I was actually talked out of a service. I was told I didn't need it. Most places would try and get you to pay for as many services as possible so this was very impressive.
We were extremely pleased with our first visit. After our older dog received poor care at Banfield in Clarksville, we knew it was time for a change—and we’re so glad we chose this clinic. Everything went smoothly, from scheduling the appointment online and enrolling in the wellness program to the actual visit itself. The care was thorough, and the communication with both the vet tech and the veterinarian was excellent. We’re excited to continue our pet’s care here and have already recommended this practice to our family as they prepare to bring home their new puppy this Saturday!
I had a wonderful experience at this vet clinic. The veterinarian took the time to speak with me and thoroughly explain the possible treatment options for my dog’s injury, which I truly appreciated. The staff was kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming, and the facility was very clean and up to date. I felt confident in the care my dog received and would absolutely recommend this clinic. I will also be bringing my other animals here in the future.
