I want to thank Robertson County Animal clinic for the care and socialization they provided my girl Mimi during her first boarding. She went in a rambunctious 9 month old and returned much calmer. And she's never distressed when we visit for her medical checks. She is always happy to see the staff.
After an 18 month long journey of chronic ear infections with one of our dogs, we wound up at Roberston County Animal Clinic for a second opinion. We decided to try RCAC out as they are closer, than our primary, and my in-laws have used them for years with no issues. Dr Mixon spent the time and did his due dilligence to find the root cause of infection- a polyp in her ear canal. Dr Mixon and his team have removed the polyp, and we are well on our way to recovery. We are grateful for everyone at RCAC and so is our sweet pup!
I brought Cupcake, my sweet 16 year old cat, here to schedule his cremation after he passed. Christine at the front desk was incredibly helpful and compassionate during the process. I made the decision to change the cremation service company, so I called and spoke to Christine again the next day. She made the whole process easy, issued me my refund, and just generally put up with all my anxious, scatter-brained, grief-ridden energy. I don’t know if I’ll ever have another cat since no one can replace my little guy, but I know that if I do I will bring them here.
