Liam was great!! Very professional, knowledgeable and informative. His report is very detailed and has lots of information explaining all the pictures. Don't buy a house without an inspection. He saved me from getting 'catfished' on a cute house with tons of hidden hazards. 100% recommend!!

Ben did a great job with our inspection! He was very thorough and knowledgeable for us first time homebuyers. They uploaded the inspection to an online portal 10 mins after finishing the inspection. He did a great job explaining all of his findings. I would strongly recommend Vanguard!!
