I’m so glad I decided to go- 24 hours on antibiotics and the ear pain has gone from a 7 to a 2. In and on my way in under an hour, but I feel like I got great care, and feel so much better!!

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a very friendly front desk staff member, Melissa, who made check-in quick and easy. I waited only about five minutes to be seen, which is outstanding for a walk-in clinic.
My nurses, Dawn and Whitney, were amazing—both kind and extremely helpful. I was seen by Nurse Practitioner Shavonne Ortiz, who was exceptional. She was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. She listened carefully to my concerns and addressed each one thoroughly.
Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the medical care I received. The entire experience, from start to finish, was excellent.

I was seen here last month and had a great experience! I was in and out within an hour, the front desk was great, but I didn’t write down his name. My nurse was Jay Brown and the PA I seen was Megan Vickers. They both were very kind, sympathetic, and listened to my concerns and explained everything to me once my test came back! I will definitely be back!
