This location, as of late, seems to have really tightened up! The store has been neat and well stocked every time I’ve visited. The staff are very personable and well informed. Jordan is fantastic! I’ve been trying for months to find a new foundation and she personally walked me through until we found the one just for me. Love shopping here!
Normally I don’t like leaving negative reviews but…. We came to Columbia originally to do something and ended up in Spring Hill. I honestly had no idea what time they closed because in my mind I was thinking it was only around 5. I hadn’t looked at my phone in awhile. Heard the girls talking smack about having to say late and they were supposed to leave at 6. Mind you it was 6:08 when I met my husband outside and looked at the time. The cashier who checked me out was sweet that’s the only reason I’ll leave 3 stars. I get wanting to leave after a long day I get it. I love makeup. But I don't wanna take out a loan just to buy it! The variety and product is good, but prices are crazy. And I feel like a criminal when I'm in there, it's like they won't even give me five feet of space! Like they were just thinking I was gonna rob them. I felt judged by my appearance. I don't dress like a Barbie doll, I guess the black clothes and tats are what they didn't like.
