Service guys are always friendly and polite. Voiced a concern about giving my friend up the street a lower quote per month 25.00 less than mine. Apparently they price you according to public records dimensions of your lot, without considering the flower beds or ungrasssed area. Instead of giving me some sort of adjustment or even referral discount, they raised my price the very next month. Who would've thought?
