I have difficult dogs. They are both rescues. One is half Rottweiler and half Bluetick hound the other is a bulldog mix. The bulldog mix never was taken to the vet before he was rescued and came home to live with us. He doesn't like going to the vet so he has to be sedated to go to the vet. Dr Poynter and her assistant were both gentle and firm with him. They listen and provide high quality care. They care not only about the pet but about the owner as well. They take time to listen and have a great deal of empathy for the animal's family. We have used the Spring Hill Veterinary Clinic for 20 years for all our dogs.

We've been clients of Spring Hill Vet for 18 years. Dr. Poyner and staff are skilled and caring. They've helped guide us through everything from annual exams for our pups to allergies and dealing with more complex heart-related diagnoses. They have always been patient, kind, knowledgeable and honest. We trust their opinions and advice implicitly.

My mother and I have been going here for the last nine years. We unfortunately had to put our beloved dog down last week. Doctor Poynor is so committed to her patients. She fell in love with our dog so much that we all got emotional as we said our goodbyes. Even though we were not able to save his life, Doctor Poynor worked hard EVEN WHEN SHE HAD HER OWN SCHEDULE to make sure we did everything we could. We think about our boy every day. Thank you, Spring Hill Vet Clinic.
