Unfortunately our rescue bird had a heart attack in the office. They tried to revive him, but he didn't come back. I had some concerns and issues, but was able to have a discussion with the director that I feel was productive. I feel like I was heard and that those concerns will be addressed. Which I appreciated very much. Not everyone is open to other perspectives and suggestions.
Everyone in the office was very friendly, and kind. The facility is clean. I would return.
Biscuit had her annual wellness visit today. Such a kind and comfortable staff. Any pet and owner will feel welcomed here. I know Biscuit receives the best possible care from Dr. Tanacova and staff.
Thank you for the care and kindness your team placed upon my dog to help make her comfortable on her first visit. My dog has not been a fan of vet visits in the past but your staff helped to make it a positive experience. I am most appreciative!
