Had a leaking roof that was a poor design on my manufactured home with a Dormer feature. John came out and gave a no BS assessment of the situation, and offered me options of repair or full replacement at a very good price point. I wasn't ready to replace the whole roof so he repaired the section including some structural damage and some fascia and surface repairs that needed to be done at a very reasonable price for the amount of work. He used quality materials and made sure things were done right and better than the original installation and manufacturer did! I would recommend
