Jim was sharp and thorough with the new water heater install. He noticed my old water heater was on a cracked wooden stand that was out of code so he swapped it for a proper metal one at a fair price. Great pricing and great experience all around. Highly recommend Jim.

Jim is a highly professional and knowledgeable water heater expert. He provided me with all my options and thoroughly educated me about each one. His expertise is evident in his professionalism and the tools he used, which I, as a mechanic, appreciate.
Also wanna mention his sweet high-top van that you could do cartwheels in. It’s cool. You should check it out! Give him a shout when your plumbing goes out! You see what I did there? That’s called a tagline. Haha!

Jim has been an amazing asset to both our business and our home! He’s a straight shooter and has saved us so much time and money with our plumbing needs. I could not recommend Jim Smith Plumbing more! He is an absolute gem. After a half dozen different plumbers, he is the one we are sticking with from now on! The best!!
