Jim came out quicker than expected after we called. Was very courteous, professional and friendly. He ran some diagnostics and turns out it was just a reset button that was tripped. Was honest and didnt try to up sell anything. We'll definitely be calling him back for any future plumbing issues!

Jim was sharp and thorough with the new water heater install. He noticed my old water heater was on a cracked wooden stand that was out of code so he swapped it for a proper metal one at a fair price. Great pricing and great experience all around. Highly recommend Jim.
