I had a great experience with GBT heating and cooling. They replaced my air conditioning unit several weeks ago. The team was knowledgeable, polite, efficient. They took care not cause any damage to other property in the backyard as they brought this large unit through. GBT showed up on time. The representative answered all of my questions. It was a good experience. I recommend GBT and as a matter fact, I have them coming out to check over my heating system tomorrow. Five stars.
We appreciated the prompt replacement of our old HVAC system with a new unit. We were especially pleased they worked out a way to do the installation of the 5 ton unit without removing the mature shrubs in front of the unit! Highly recommend this business!
GPT was great. Always responded to phone calls or emails. Fairly priced. Estimater and installers were polite, came in and got the work done and out. Even did alittle extra routing we requested without difficulty or extra charge. Thanks GPT
