    I did a refer-a-friend trial at Spring Hill CrossFit and had a fantastic experience. The coaching was excellent—clear cues, attentive instruction, and a strong focus on movement quality. They offered thoughtful scaling options across the board: whether you wanted to do RX, scale down, or even scale up, there were options provided and encouragement to work at your own level.
