It's rare that you find the most caring, most competent and most reasonably priced provider all at the same place. Dr. Colwell, the owner, is the best Vet in the area and is worth the drive from Cookeville.
Absolutely love the office staff, they are always friendly and helpful even when I forget to call in prescription pickups. We have experience with 3 of the vets, although were sad to learn our favorite recently moved.
Dr Colwell has been wonderful in our handful of interactions. He is very knowledgeable and up front about the realistic treatments for our pets. Unfortunately the reason I can't give 5 stars is because of Dr Hackett. He doesn't seem to be as thorough and is more dismissive of concerns. Specifically with our elderly cat who was in late stage kidney failure in the fall. We said she needed to be put down and he told us she would be just fine if we pumped...read full review
