Last summer, Barrier Waterproofing installed a drainage system and sump pump in our crawlspace. Their salesperson was very knowledgeable and didn’t try to sell us things we didn’t need. He made recommendations and didn’t try to pressure us when we chose to only do part of the recommendations. The workers completed the job quickly and you couldn’t tell they had even been there.

Recently, I had some concerns about the sump pump and contacted them. They actually answered the call and offered to have a technician come take a look. They stayed in touch and advised me that the pump was working properly.

This company engineered a design to take care of any water problems that could possibly occur. The crew showed up every day, on time for two weeks straight. They were very professional and courteous. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to get the job done correctly.

We had a pool house built to store the pool pump and equipment. The structure leaked so we had Barrier come out to see if they could fix the issue (after we tried several home remedies). They were able to identify the issue and come up with a solution. They were very prompt, cleaned up after the job and fixed the problem.
