Great experience today. Car was extra dirty from a road trip. One pass through didn’t get all of the caked mud- manager Seth allowed me to go through again and even came over before I went through the wash and personally scrubbed the back extra where the mud was and he then came by after to double check it was good! All clean! Seriously service with a smile. He was great. All the extras were great too. We will be back!
I didnt click "recommends" but ok facebook, whatever. Not only did it NOT get my car clean at all, the machine also ripped up the weather stripping on the back window. The manager started a claim for me, but it was rejected. I even mentioned to 3 employees (counting the manager) that I was super dissatisfied with my car still being dirty and no one said a word. So basically, I wasted $25 on a horrible car wash cause I was dumb and opted for the expensive one, and now I have to go spend more somewhere else AND get my car fixed. A refund at least would've been nice, but I don't see that happening. The only positives were the vacuums are a little better than my vacuum at home, and the mat cleaner machine. Not worth the money though. I'm furious, because not only is my car still dirty, but their employees didn't even try to make it right minus the failed claim. Plus, you're only in the car wash for about 50 seconds. How is that enough time to clean anything?? RUN. Don't waste your money here. I want a refund.
