They are always trying to force you into subscriptions. Today they wouldn't take cash and then I had to basically beg them not to screw me over like they did last year. I told them five or six times that I didn't want their subscription before they let me pay to go through just the once. It didn't even wash my car, it took 25 minutes with a bottle of waterless carwash and some microfiber towels to get the front and back of my car to look nice. It got the sides well, I suppose, but it definitely didn't dry. I gave the two star rating since the trash was empty when I got there and the vacuums are good and unlimited.

One time I went here just before I headed to Murfreesboro for a car meet. Upon my car (white 370z in case they remember) getting on the rollers, I somehow busted my valve stem. Dumped all the air out of my tire immediately. I went through the wash still and upon coming out the other side, the attendants there rush over with some items to cap the valve stem and tape it off. It worked very well and I tried to show my gratitude.Then tonight I was sliding by to wash my wife's car (white Q50) and upon paying I realized they were closing. They still came over and helped me refund that payment and got me a deal for cheaper and still let me take the car through as well.Overall...read full review

Yes I've had the detail service before monthly and yes it ruined my car far is left swirls in the paint so now I do mine at home and yes I might use it once in a blue moon especially when it's cold outside so when they try to sell you and you say no and they asked why and why over and over no means no move on!
