I had the BEST experience at VIP Nails Spa in Smyrna, TN! I came in with a vision for my toes, and Jame absolutely brought it to life—even with no nails on my baby toes! He was so gentle, patient, and incredibly talented. I honestly didn’t think anyone could work with what I had, but Jame not only made it work—he made it BEAUTIFUL. His attention to detail and creative eye turned what felt impossible into a flawless finish. I’m beyond happy with how everything turned out. My Mom sees Dede and I see Vie. They are absolutely wonderful and we are enjoying getting to know them for our nails and our monthly pedicures. I recommend the Hot Stone pedicure. So relaxing.....
Disappointed with the service, I never usually give reviews but I had came in about 30 minutes before close which I know can be annoying since everybody wants to go home all I wanted was polish & it took the lady like 5 minutes and I had accidentally messed up the polish & the lady got really upset and kinda just left them clumpy, even tho I wasn’t spending a lot of money I felt like I still deserved to be treated better. It takes me 1/12 hours to make $20 dollars. And it took her 5 minutes. The least she could’ve done was had me walk out with nice toes.
