I had an appointment today with Caitlin Kongmanichan for 10:30 a.m. She text me at 10:18 stating she is running behind not to hurry. I waited to leave the house at 10:35 was there by 10:40 only to received a message that she had another client in two minutes therefore I turned around and went back to my car and left. My appointment takes two minutes if that, but I guess since it was a low paying appointment to preferred not to do my chin wax. I've been going here for a while and never no problem, but definitely have to wait at least 5 or so minutes when she has another client that she has not completed during my scheduled time, but I guess that is ok and my time... read full review

I had my first appointment with Stacy today, and I am beyond pleased by the service, her professional and personable personality, and the results. This was the most pleasant waxing service I have received. The studio is really clean, beautiful and neat as well! I am definitely going again and would recommend to anyone!Service: Waxing
