Smyrna handyman helped me drain and flush my water heater, and replace my thermostat on the upper heating element. We had noticed we didn’t have as much hot water as we’re used to, and our technician James diagnosed the issue. He didn’t to to sell us a new water heater even though our unit was older, just told me I needed a $25 park easy Peazzy! He was such a blessing, showed up on time knocked it out quick, and taught me how to better maintain my water heater myself to make it last longer and operate at its maximum efficiency! James is extremely knowledgeable and professional I’d recommend him to anyone. God Bless

James IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!! James came in and had to fix a mess that someone else had started and I had to fire. He had to rip out the subfloor and level it out, as the "contracter" prior to him had it an absolute unlevel mess. He fixed plumbing, he repaired my air conditioning which was unhooked under the house unbeknownst to me. He repaired my low flowing hot water which was full of rust. He turned my old, UGLY 1950's bathroom into a bathroom fit for a queen, it is just SO BEAUTIFUL now. He is more than a "handyman". He is a craftsman. He is detailed and methodical in his work. He is ethical in keeping track of his hours. He doesn't stay on the phone while he works...read full review
