I came in with SEVERE back pain and honestly had no clue what was going on with my body. At 35 years old, I was feeling like I was 95 just trying to get out the bed, get out the car, and do regular everyday stuff. Soon as I started coming here, they knew exactly what the issue was and immediately started me on a treatment plan.
I started physical therapy 3 days a week, then eventually went down to 2 days a week, and whew… when I tell y’all I feel like myself again, I really mean that. My quality of life has improved so much. I’m not even being dramatic either lol. The pain was REAL, but the results were real too. Doing the routines at home definitely helped also.
The energy here is always good, everybody is professional, encouraging, and they truly care about getting you better. If you’re in the La Vergne/Smyrna area, don’t hesitate to come here. Good vibes, good people, and most importantly GOOD results.

My visit with Kyle was extremely productive and informative. Kyle is a skilled and professional therapist. I actually received some relief from my pain during the visit. Kyle explained in detail what was happening to my body after my car accident. I learned so much during my visit and will follow Kyle’s exercise recommendations and therapy visits. I highly recommend Results PT and Kyle to anyone with pain.

My husband and I have used their therapy several times in recent years. We like space there. Most importantly, the therapists listen to your complain of aches and pains, work according to the best options they can provide. The therapist are very professional and kind.
