The Staff at the Smyrna Location is Top Tier. I was assisted immediately by the secretary and greated upon entrance! Within minutes the manager pulled me back to talk in privacy! I explained my situation and she had options and her and her Team worked together in my Loan process. She was empathetic, optimistic and understanding. I was sad, feeling overwhelmed and defeated about my situation. I didn’t feel judged, I was relieved that I had options and the option I’d hope for was exactly what got!
