Love the professionalism of this place! My dog Sunshine is a very anxious rescue and I was worried about how she would do at daycare. The staff (Katelyn really) gave me peace of mind about bringing her in. She passed her temperament test and then we did a trial board night before she does her longer boarding a week after her test. The staff said she did great and that made me feel so much better. They explained the process very well and they kept me up to date on my girl. She’s still a little nervous and not quite ready to play, but I think she’ll get there! Riley had his evaluation for daycare and he had a ball! The staff are so kind and friendly and made sure that I understood everything about the facility, where Riley would be and who he was playing with. They have really cool daycare days (like cheese tax day where the dogs get to eat cheese) and nice facilities. Riley even got a report card at the end of the day to tell us how he did. They not only make it fun for our pup but it was fun for us too. Would definitely recommend.
My Dalmatian LOVES this place. They have a great and caring staff. If there is ever any rough play, they call me and let me know what happened and if there are any scratches or not. They inform me of his behavior and they even work on his social skills. They really care about the dogs here. Plus the Hounds Town Hangover is awesome for a high energy dog lol.
