I was told that a product was discontinued which sent me into a panic......only to find out later that the product is still being sold elsewhere. At first I blew off the vibe and treatment I started to get.when I went into the store but recently the Asian lady there was very short with me when I asked about a product that was on sale. I understand customer service can be difficult however if thats what you've signed up for then one should know how to treat customers. I won't be going back.

All of their staff is rude except one girl who is usually there in the evenings. If you can go further up Lowry / Murfreesboro pike to a different beauty supply, do it! But if you just MUST go there at least go in the evening. The Asian owner and the girl that be there with her during the day are thee stereotype of “HURRY UP AND BUY!” Hair world and Kim’s in Antioch has cheaper prices anyway
