I’ve been coming to this Firestone for years. They’ve always take great care of my car. The customer service is top notch. My service advisor was Zachary, he did a phenomenal job. Was very knowledgeable about the repairs and kept me updated.
Everyone we spoke with was polite and extremely helpful. They checked on some previous work that had been done to my truck by someone else to make sure everything was in proper working condition. And did it at no extra charge. We had no issue with getting the truck towed there at any given time during the day and they serviced my truck thoroughly and quickly. They were upfront with any and all charges, fees, and taxes so we knew what the cost was going to be. They also let us know of some other issues that were going on with my truck that needed attention, down to a headlight being out, and gave quotes for everything. This is a great location for complete auto care!
I needed help with standard maintenance for our truck and Trey was extremely helpful during our service visit. Sometimes that is not the case and unfortunately I have encountered guys who seem to be unwilling to be kind while they interact with customers. We appreciated Trey being down to earth while he made suggestions on what tires to select. We will definitely come back in the near future!
