Today we had to make a huge decision to put down our 12 year old lab. The vet and tech both were very compassionate and loving towards our baby we haven't been able to find a good vet in the area and wish we would have found them sooner maybe we could have had more time with our baby! The wait time was minimal and the ladies at the front were very nice as well.

First time customer: called to make an appointment lady said she would call me back about said appointment but never did. called the next day scheduled an appointmen- showed up today and they lost my appointment finally got in to see dr. vet tech came in and I explained why we were there and told them that my daughter's dog could maybe have a liver issue. Vet tech went into the back right beside the door and told everyone in the back that I didn't even know if my dog had a liver issue. First it is my daughter's dog and 2nd the previous vet is not sure also. The vet tech had her friends laughing at me. After such a bad experience, you would think they would... read full review

We have used Premier Vetcare for years and will continue doing so. All of the Vets and Staff are wonderful and very compassionate. We are looking forward to continuing the great care for our newest 4-legged family members. In the past few years, over time, we have had 3 senior dogs (ages 14, 15 and 16 plus years old) "cross the rainbow bridge" and into "doggie heaven", with the care and compassionate Vets and Staff of Premier Vet Care. And after each loss, the Staff always send us a card to express their condolences.
