I have nothing but great things to say about B&B Flooring. From the first conversation to finish everything went well. The only glitches were because of my own inability to keep appointments that were set due to my job. Ashtyn was totally awesome during my several cancelling and rescheduling appointments. The team that came and repaired the floor was professional, courteous and proficient. I now have a flooring company I will continue to use for future endeavors! Hands down the most smoothest project I’ve ever had.

Always a 5 star experience! I absolutely love Kayla and the team at B&B. A great customer service experience is not just about getting the customer to the finish line seamlessly. What really counts is how they handle situations when there are unexpected challenges. The manufacturer failed to deliver the amount of flooring that was ordered. Kayla helped us revise our plan and select a different flooring for our bathroom. We love it even more than what we chose originally! It is a stunning vinyl floor that looks like Tile.
