The reception staff went out of their way to make sure they could fit my little bunny, Runt, into the schedule when I was worried about his ears. From the moment we walked in, they had a room ready for us so he wouldn’t have to sit in a busy waiting room and become even more scared.
The vet techs were absolutely wonderful. They were so sweet with him and took the time to love on my scared little fella and make him feel as comfortable as possible.
The doctor was gentle, caring, and efficient. She handled Runt with such care, quickly figured out what was going on, got him treated, and had us on our way home.
And to top it all off, the cost was very reasonable. It’s such a relief to find a veterinary office that provides excellent care while also treating both the animals and their owners with kindness.
