It was an excellent experience! My sweet girl dog is healthy, the staff are amazing; everyone from the front staff to Dr. Richey, treated us like we are their only patients. We've been taking our dogs there for @ 20 years and will continue for another twenty.
Very thankful for the skilled staff here. They helped my Great Pyrenees fight an ugly battle and he came out thriving. My husband has been going here for many years and no complaints. 🙏🏼💕
the whole staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable but Dr. Brown has been especially terrific. She, quite patiently, answers all of my questions and explains what she's doing and why its being done. and she goes above and beyond physical health and even clarifies things like nail trimming and crate training. my puppy is even eating more since switching to one of the foods she recommended. i write notes between visits of things i think to ask and its comforting to feel like i can get answers from someone i trust (rather than all the conflicting information available via google).
