My wife had Nursing from this Home Health Company for 4 months. The Nurses weren't very professional, except for Tamara. She needed bloodwork drawn and her Catheter and Foley changed frequently and it was very difficult to get the Nurses to come and when they did they were very rude and harsh.
Just completed 3 weeks (9 sessions) of in home Physical Therapy after knee replacement surgery. The therapists assigned to me were highly professional, caring, knowledgeable and very helpful! I’ve made great gains and can’t imagine doing so without the help of these folks especially Lori who provided me with outstanding care! And all of this took place with no hassle or bureaucratic complications. Thank you all!!
The staff members I dealt with were friendly and somewhat professional.they came once a week and expected me to do their job the rest of the week. They told me they were going to discharge my father for not doing their job that they are getting paid for for .
