A Plus is praised for being true experts, kind, responsive, and easy to work with. Customers say the compressor was tracked down quickly and fixed before guests arrived at a great price. The company replaced a poorly done job on a new construction house, sealing it properly. A young lady who answers emergency calls is described as polite, professional, and above and beyond, even late on a Saturday night, returning calls and walking customers through setting a time. Service is prompt, with a unit working by 9:15am after a bad part was replaced with a working used part at a reasonable price. The dehumidifier was reset and checked for proper operation. Even on snow covered roads, the unit was fixed to keep customers comfortable. Customers keep calling A Plus for HVAC needs and say they will never use another company.
We’ve used A Plus multiple times now, and we will NEVER use another company! Not only are they true experts, but they’re also kind, responsive, and so easy to work with. When the compressor went out on one of our short-term rentals, Krysta went above and beyond to track down the part quickly so we could get it fixed before our guests arrived—and at a great price! They came out and replaced the poorly did job on my new construction house from 2020 that another company did . That held water and didn't even screw in .

She's polite, professional and above and beyond to help you EVEN LATE ON A SATURDAY NIGHT! She returns calls and walks you through setting a time that is best for you.
Customer service is so important and rare these days, and that someone takes such time and pride in their work.
