Superior is our #1 go to! Another Company installed a new unit years ago. We started having problems and I called Superior, they fixed the issues that the company that installed the new unit had done incorrectly. We have 2 units so have had some minor problems throughout the years. My husband is Elderly and last night his room was 86 degrees! I called last night at 9:40 PM and they called at 8:00 AM! This Company is the best! Their employees are the greatest, great prices, very professional and HONEST! Thank you Josiah! And we are grateful to know we can call and not get the runaround!

We always have had fantastic service from Superior. When we moved to Chattanooga they were referred to us and have never disappointed, adding two mini-splits and providing regular service for all our units.

I’ve used Superior Air since I moved to Tennessee. They always come ASAP if there is a problem with my unit. I use their yearly service program to keep my system clean and running properly. Anthony just did my spring inspection and service. He did a great job and my system is running like a dream. I recommend them wholeheartedly.
