What a stressful mess I Had, a toilet that overflowed flooding a hallway 2 closets and part of my bedroom —I was in tears, but With the arrival of D &R they were so reassuring saying they would take care of everything and they were so kind and efficient that this 96 year old woman knew that they would take care of all the damage — and they did.
