“Had an amazing experience with Best Choice! We called to get a quote for a new roof and they had the best price hands down. Also our order was a little bit custom because we wanted a jet black roof and they completely came through and made it happen. Shout out to Francisco and his crew for knocking it out in one day!! They showed up early, and worked all day to get it done, and I can’t thank them enough for their hard work! The house looks amazing, and it completed the final piece for our home renovation. 5 stars isn’t enough for this company and their roofers. “I was very pleased with Mr Roof. I had a hole in my soffit on the third story of my house - ended up finding out that my roof was completely messed up from the original builder. Brandon came out within a day of me requesting an appointment to inspect and go over options. I think it took less than 2 weeks from the time I reached out to Mr Roof to when I had my whole roof replaced (it could have been sooner but the weather wasn't great). Highly recommend!“

“Epitome in patience. I called and requested an estimate to have my house quoted for a roof. I received voicemail when I called but someone returned my call within 15 minutes. We scheduled an appt for inspection and quote and I wrote it down on the wrong day, a day later. me Being 30 minutes away he agreed to show up the next morning. He got a ladder out and inspected my roof and gave what I call a fair estimate (3500 under competion). He answered all my questions and based on his feedback and the amount I hired them on the spot. Here's where it get's tricky. I found out I had a honey be nest in the eve of the second floor easily 15' off the ground. I told them this would likely be an issue and they agreed to put the job on hold. I could not get ANYONE to remove the bees even exterminating them(which I didn't want to do). I wound up learning about bee's, buying a lift and did the job myself and the bees are now in a hive on my property, this took 3 months. I called them up and they said "we can be there next wednesday" and showed up when they said they would. Because of the pitch of my roof and multiple levels it took them 2 days. I stopped by the office and paid for my roof and received my warranty and completed bill in the mail a couple of days later.“

“I see suboptimal reviews of CW on this site, which amazes me as I found them awesome. VERY long story short--bought ancient house a yr+ ago and original backdoor was deteriorating and hanging from a hinge. Initially went the Habitat/Preservation Station route to find vintage replacement. Those are terrific places--I love them! But no doors that fit were available. Started calling carpenters, numerous handymen, and wood-workers. Only half called back and when they came out, seemed interested but then I never heard from them again. A year (and cold winter!) went by with "hole-y" door so unstable it dragged on floor. Recently, after an East Nash neighbor was delivered a CW door, I called Paul at CW, visited their office on Melrose, and Paul spent ample time discussing options. Left with an estimate and names of a few installers CW recommends. Today--a year after this miserable search began, but only a few weeks after finding CW, my new door (plus transom) was installed. Wood, minimalist (like I wanted), and functional. I wish I had gone to CW a year ago. Note: you don't have to use installers CW recommends--I chose to as I was in a hurry and they (The Door Guys) promptly answered phone calls, which is a rarity right now. So here is new door--not yet painted (will do that myself), and window shade came from old door. But a very very welcomed sight. I cannot recommend CW enough.“
